Ring Square

A 5-piece square really shouldn’t be that difficult, should it? Well, we were wrong about that – in this case, it’s actually very difficult to find the solution. You can see three typical failed attempts in the photos. We see this – or something very similar – every day, very often, in our shop in Palma, and we also notice that almost everyone gets “frustrated” by this square.

What could be so difficult about it? Which strategy is the right one? Does your intuition or your logic help you?
